Today’s Reparenting Moment

When I noticed my younger self: I noticed my younger self when I felt anxious after someone took a long time to reply.

What they needed: They needed reassurance, softness, and a reminder that uncertainty does not mean abandonment.

How I responded differently: I paused, took a few breaths, and reminded myself that I did not need to spiral or chase for reassurance.

What that felt like: It felt calming. I still felt tender, but I also felt more present and less alone with myself.
